We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms and installations. Its located just off of Broadway and Times Square and nonetheless we enjoyed quiet and restful sleep! Its a busy hotel, but staff were courteous and helpful and the restaurants were tasty with well served portions

This was such a fun place to stay! The breakfast was SOO GOOOD and it was really pretty in the lobby of this hotel and it was just so pretty, bathrooms were freaking tiny!

Unbelievably good location right next to times square and can avoid the carnage by taking a 1 avenue detour. Rooms are dated and after being cleaned they always smelled musty/sweaty and the bathroom constantly smelled of urine. Beds were comfortable and the air con was very cool but also quite loud. The breakfast vouchers for Carve down the road were a good option. If you got a clean room it's a decent hotel but I can only judge off my own experience.
