We wanted to be centrally located and this hotel is just that. Right on Times Square and surrounded by Theaters. It is also less than a block from an MTA station. We were greeted when we entered. We arrived early and they did check our bags for a fee until our room was ready. The room was fine for us. I have seen some complaints that they are small but it felt very big city to me. There is security by the elevator that you need to show your key card to access the elevators and your rooms. They always have someone outside the main door greeting and getting taxi's as needed.

I love the Hotel Edison! My home away from home stay in NYC! The Rates great! The free Breakfast! Your Light bulbs will go on when you stay here.

This hotel is in a perfect location! Right in Times Square, close to everything important. I was able to do a lot of things on foot and by subway. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was very practical and delicious. I will definitely stay here again!
