Rooms are nice and tidy, with cleaning daily. Perfect location to visit the shows on Broadway and Times Square. Staff was incredible! We felt very safe with an abundance of security and the doorman. The restaurants on site were fantastic, with delicious offerings day and night. Best place to stay for the location!

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el servicio también y el personal estupendo. El desayuno está súper bien y completo para empezar el día. Las zonas comunes muy bien para organizar los días y planificar las rutas (éramos un grupo de 9 personas). La habitación era muy ruidosa, nos tocó con orientación a todas las maquinarias del hotel y el ruido no cesaba ni de noche ni de día y la ducha por muy prudente que fuéramos se ponía todo el suelo empapado porque no se podía cambiar la dirección de la salida del agua.

I have a complex relationship with this hotel in that I do not enjoy Times Square - and you can definitely hear it from this location. We were here as part of a booking for the NYC marathon. So our arrival was intense, but the staff were pretty organised. A rude bellman didn't outweigh the otherwise nice staff. Security is great - always show your card key! It's missing having a fridge in the room. I expected a small-ish room which is what we got, but could have used at least a mini fridge where otherwise we had to use the sink to store anything cold. Gym was small but clean. Close to shows and transport for getting around.
