Was a great stay. ...

Was a great stay. Only downside was having wet carpet on side of bed when you get out because of air con. Also payed for a room with a terrace which we weren’t able to access as the staff kept it locked. After asking for it to be unlocked they said they would and they still didn’t

This was a good ...

This was a good stay for visiting NYC, the rooms also seemed scent free (no overpowering detergents or cleaners) which was a big plus. My only gripe was the breakfast vouchers do not tell you they don't apply to the whole breakfast menu.

Hotel is located in ...

Hotel is located in the heart of Times square. It was so easy for us to do all tourist stuff and come back to hotel for rest in the evenings. its very centralized. I would definitely stay here again. Only feedback is about their grab and go breakfast which didn’t live up to the facility fee we paid of about $42 usd per day. Breakfast menu didn’t change and it was same everyday.
