The manager were really helpful in find me a disability assisted room and also helping me contact American Airlines in regards to my damaged suitcase. Thanks to you all.. 1 year on i am still reflecting on the great experience i had whilst in New York, in particular the Edison Hotel, i got to know some of the staff especially the Security by the Elevator, we were greeted in friendly and professional manner. In these unprecedented times i wish you all to be safe and hopefully one day our paths will cross again!

Very good experience, best ...
Very good experience, best location, prices and services. Few steps to almost every subway line in Manhatten. In the heart of Times square without the noise. Easy to get to 8th avenue budget restaurants. They have transportation service to the airport according to the number of bags

The hotel was great. ...
The hotel was great. The only downside about it was that there was no swimming pool, and that the free food was very upscale- not good for picky eaters. The view from our room was excellent, but we could hear the street noise a bit. I actually liked that, but if you can sleep over street sounds, it may not be good for you. Broadway is very busy, so we could hear horns honking at one AM. They have key cards to your room, and you have to flash your key card to get on the elevator, which was nice; it meant no non-guests could get up there. We checked out around 4:15 AM to catch a train home, and it was very smooth. They have taxis lined up out front. The room was very small- but that´s NYC for you. I could stand in the bathroom and touch both walls at the same time. The complimentary lotions and soaps were excellent though. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a great experience! Recommend it and would go again
