Special thank you to LATOYA who went above and beyond when we checked in with our children. She was sweet, warm and very welcoming. A breath of fresh air and the person you want to go to when checking in after traveling all day. She even gave my kids paper and pencils to draw and have fun. Cool personality and genuine. My daughter and I loved her. Latoya is an asset to Hotel Edison, wouldn’t have been the same experience without her. Thank you Latoya, you are the best. Love this hotel, staff is great, rooms are large and very clean. It’s in a great location. We went to see a play and the show was right across the street. One block from time square.
