We always feel completely ...

We always feel completely at ease every time we stay here! The team is incredibly welcoming from the moment we step into the lobby. I’m never sure if they genuinely remember us from our previous stay or if they’re just that good at making every guest feel special. Our room was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Already looking forward to our next visit!

First of all - ...

First of all - great location- right next to Broadway and Times Square and the parade. Housekeeping was fantastic. Restaurant bucks deluxe. Rooms - I would assume that hearing your neighbors and hearing honking on the street is usual for NYC, the only complaint I had about the room was no counter space in the bathroom. Felt secure and comfortable.
