Great location , very busy hotel . Rooms were dated no dressing table , old A/c which was too noisy to use when sleeping . We were on floor 5 and the noise from outside was constant ear plugs needed . Very impersonal hotel . Location is the only thing going for it . And my biggest bugbear was why pipe modern music outside when it had no relation to the art decor of the Hotel very strange .

With the recent renovations, the rooms have been refreshed and modernized. Just make sure to get a Signature room, there are still a few not updated yet. The staff here is great, and location is central to everything, especially for first timers! Right off the high energy of Times Square. Friedman's restaurant is great for all day dining, and has great options for those needing Gluten Free meals. We loved the throwback to the 20's design and murals in the entrance and lobby as well.
