This hotel would have got full marks but one memer of staff let it down with a very bad attitude they way she shouted at my wife age 76 because she wasn't be hand the rope for booking in. Which she was told to stand there by the man that put our cases on the trolley we were standing there for a good 15 minutes by then the was a few people behind us so when my wife was going walk over to the desk she shouted not you but the couple behind us to come and book in they said we were there first they were shocked the way she spoke to my wife .but the rest of the staff were brilliant the hotel was very clean and we would recommend it to anyone we stayed 5 days first time there and New York love it.and the location was spot on to go everywhere.

It's a great place for vacation. The room are very big and ultra clean. The hotel style's is amazing. Love the mood of the music inside the building. The staff is great with very good advice. Great thanks. I'll be back for sure.
