Gue nuestro primer viaje a New York y realmente fue una experiencia súper recomendable hospedarse en el Jotel. Las personas de la recepción muy amables y me sorprendió muchísimo que algunos conserjes del hotel hablaban un poco de español. Lo cual facilitó en muchas ocasiones poder comunicarnos en español.

If you’re looking for ...

If you’re looking for an excellent location to see Broadway shows, this place is perfect. If you prioritize sleep and comfort, this is absolutely not the hotel for you. The room is very bare bones. The AC/heating unit sounded like a jet engine so we had to turn it off. Uncomfortable beds and the noise from the street, as well as construction in the building, left us mostly sleepless for 3 nights. The staff are all very friendly and the onsite restaurant Bond 45 was delicious.
