The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Times Square and they have wonderful restaurants attached to the hotel as a great lunch or dinner option. However the best part of this hotel is their staff, and particularly an incredible employee named "Zenny". I was traveling alone and she went absolutely out of her way to make me feel at home. She made sure I got setup well with my room, explained how the breakfast vouchers worked and even would wave at me and check in whenever she saw me walk past reception. I have never had such an amazing level of guest service at any hotel. I will only stay and recommend hotel Edison going forward, as it's the best. Thank you, Zenny for making my trip so special! Hotel Edison is luck to have you, and I hope I see you there next time I stay in New York. You are simply the best!

My daughter and I recently stayed at The Hotel Edison in New York City’s vibrant Theater District, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Broadway theaters, Times Square, great dining, and everything else you could want in the heart of Manhattan. Whether you're catching a show or just soaking up the city, this hotel puts you right in the center of it all. The staff at Hotel Edison were exceptional. Every person we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself felt very safe and well-maintained, which made all the difference after a day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the Friday evening wine social hour—a delightful way to unwind. The live entertainment was outstanding, with a talented performer who brought so much energy and charm. It added a personal and memorable touch to the whole experience. Overall, I can’t recommend Hotel Edison enough. It’s the perfect blend of location, comfort, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to New York!
