My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to NyC and the States. The location is amazing literally right next to times square and a ten minute walk to Central Park. The room was comfortable with two queen size beds. The air conditioning unit we had to unplug every day as it’s insanely loud and there was a smell of urine from the bathroom which was worse at night. However neither of these small issues would stop us staying here again. The restaraunt downstairs Friedman’s is amazing. We would go out in the day then come back mid afternoon before going to the theatre. I would often sit at the bar and have a beer and a pastrami sandwich. Despite the huge choice of food in New York I ate there most evenings and had breakfast there every morning. Also if you fancy a break from the kids the Rum Bar is also excellent. Really friendly staff a nice atmosphere and a great selection of rum. We are already looking at when we can book this hotel again for 2026.

Very good location, close to subways and attractions. Staff were very helpful and grab and go breakfast makes it good value for money. Only downside is the noisy air conditioning however it wouldn't stop me from returning.
