Right in the middle of Broadway and Times Square. A little dated but they are upgrading constantly. Special mention to Josie who absolutely made our holiday special.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and without a doubt, the main highlight was the exceptional service from Jenn at the front desk. She helped us during both check-in and check-out, and in both moments she was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her professional attitude, combined with genuine kindness, made a real difference in our stay in New York. It's rare to come across professionals who truly love what they do and can show it through their service. Jenn is exactly that kind of person — and she left a lasting impression on us.
