Rooms are too small, carpets too old, too damp rooms, not adequate ventilation, air conditioning is very noisy. Services were good. The staff would respond quickly. Quite safe as they would always check your room keys before entering. Free breakfast was not very good ,but discounted breakfast in another restaurant is quite good. Perfect location, but if you want a quite moment, not possible. Broadway theatre was just across the road. Times square very closeby and many restaurants around the hotel.

I love the Edison!! As someone who comes to NYC to see shows and audition this is the ONLY hotel I will book with. The customer service here from the front desk, security and house keeping is way past excellent. This hotel takes safety VERY seriously, you won’t get by security without providing the proper credentials. The breakfast and voucher definitely help you save money. I always recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to NYC. Keep up the great work Hotel Edison!! Marco at the front desk is amazing and always takes care of me when I check in! - B. Robinson
