This hotel is so well located! Times Square is just around the corner and almost all Theatres are a couple of blocks away

Beautiful place but some staff in the lobby were rude.

Fantastic, elevators worked great ...

Fantastic, elevators worked great (was warned about this but seemed overblown) service was good. It's loud, so don't complain because you're staying a block off times Square. I'm a heavy sleeper and it was more than manageable. The free and easy breakfast in the mornings got us going fast and out the door.
