The cleaners that make ...

The cleaners that make up the rooms etc are fantastic, they had such great energy and did up our rooms perfect and had such great service! Thank you guys so much!!

A great hotel, very ...

A great hotel, very close to Times Square and both 49th and 50th street stations. The hotel is clean and offers an old world charm that’s instantly relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Security was spot on. We had the breakfast option. The grab and go option was really good and gave the option of a breakfast within the hotel or Carve diner, a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The options in Carve were much better and gave a better New York experience. Would definately stay here again.
