A great place to stay if you want a nice bed /shower & be in the center of theater district & Time Square. I previously stayed near Central Park. The vibe here is very different. I was very surprised how busy & “Vegas” like the area was. It’s changed a lot. So many people. All & all nice staff. Old but clean. Felt safe walking near hotel late at night. Loved the remodeled bathroom. Very nice shower. No tub in our room. Wish the room lightening was different in room. The hotel kept our luggage all day for a cheap price since we couldn’t check in till 3 pm. We stayed out till 11 pm. Our flight left early so we couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast. I booked this hotel an hour before walking in the door. It was booked through a popular Hotel app. I asked for accommodations for 2 adults & 2 kids. The manager surprised us with an upgrade & the room was a suite with 3 large beds on 12th floor. All & all I gambled on this deal & I won big! I can imagine NYE here would be amazing & crazy. :)

Great location for sightseeing. Room clean & adequate for the time spent in them. Staff helpful & security very good.

Nos encanto, ubicación perfecta Las instalaciones súper, lo único la puerta del baño de la habitación es de vidrio lo que no da intimidad y es incómodo No me pareció correcto que nos cobren $1 dólar por valija hasta el momento del check in, no cuesta nada guardarla unas horas sería un buen gesto. Después todo perfecto y súper amables
