Hotel davvero stupendo, in una posizione ottima, vicinissimo a Times Square. Le camere sono grandi e il servizio di pulizia è molto curato.

Was a great stay. Only downside was having wet carpet on side of bed when you get out because of air con. Also payed for a room with a terrace which we weren’t able to access as the staff kept it locked. After asking for it to be unlocked they said they would and they still didn’t

This was a good ...

This was a good stay for visiting NYC, the rooms also seemed scent free (no overpowering detergents or cleaners) which was a big plus. My only gripe was the breakfast vouchers do not tell you they don't apply to the whole breakfast menu.
