We’re currently staying at Hotel Edison and have had an excellent experience so far. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square, with plenty of pubs and places to go nearby. Our room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained, with regular housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. The view faces the building opposite, but we didn’t come here for the view, so that hasn’t bothered us at all. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They’re also very responsive whenever we need anything. The grab-and-go breakfast is convenient, and we’ve really enjoyed the happy hours. Cleanliness throughout the hotel has been excellent, including our bathroom and the public restrooms in the lobby. The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which is a little weak. Other than that, everything has been excellent, and we would happily stay here again!

Wife 40th birthday. Big Occasion. 4 night stay over. Queen room. Sent email with ref number. 2months ago, requesting somethings. Ie not to be side service/ lift ares.ie noise. And a steet view, i got 1814... absolutely sh ×t . Towels falling apart. Coffee machine paper cups! Leaking coffee machine. Ice bucket. Mould inside sleeve. Carpet not in great condition. Damp in places. Beside 8 lift shaft ! Noisy all night Window doesn't open. Some effort of a L bracket thrown together.stopping window opening. Asked for move, nothing available. Window side face on to another room. Wow. Had to keep roller down and pants on.. Cold air passing through frames. Air-conditioning dual system absolute 1980 piece off rubbish. Dust blown out of unit when turned on. No A4 booklet how to use room. Picture attached. Booked through love Holiday's Flights in from Ireland. Jetblue. Brilliant. I Sorted a car from airport thermal Brilliant service. Stay with friends. Instead of hotel on 2nights Pillows. No pillow protectors. Mattress problem. Had to ask for slippers. Walk through another restaurant ( called Bond) to get down stairs. Coffee supplied dirt... out of a canned flask. Buns are good, and pastry _

Whenever I go to New York I always stay here. Great Location. Staff helpful. Clean rooms. Never had a good view but I go to see the city not the rest of the building. Not a fan of the "Grab n Go" Breakfast but the paid for menu is full of good breakfast options & caters for all. This is a good hotel. You will get your rest & will be well looked after.
