La habitación está bien, limpia, aseo todos los dias y reposición de amenidades. La atención es eficaz, pero a mi parecer no tan amables. La opción de desayuno la encuentro ordinaria. Un día tomamos desayuno con el vale en el hotel y deja mucho que desear (en mi caso pedí fruta, pan con huevo y café. Y literal me dieron 1 mandarina), así que todos los dias con el vale fuimos a la esquina a Carves, pesar de que en general está lleno la comida es rica y la atención es rápida. La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

A really well presented hotel with bags of history, very clean and tidy rooms with really friendly and helpful staff. Should have had a Signature Suite for 5 people when we arrived but were given a room without a sofa bed that only slept 4 but the staff changed our room immediately for one that slept up to 6. The room itself was immaculate, it was on 47th street side and very noisy due to the A/C units outside on the roof and walls as well as water pipes. If you don’t like noise then avoid this side, we don’t mind so it was acceptable and a trade off for having a large room for the family. Grab and go breakfast was excellent from Bond 45 downstairs, super quick and enough variety to fill you up ready for a busy day. Location was excellent, close to most of the big stuff you want and subway connections were also excellent. Times Square is an absolute nightmare to navigate so avoid at all costs, go around the outer streets. Eat in Hell’s Kitchen, it’s much cheaper and the food variety is out of this world. So a solid 4 stars just let down by the noise which could easily be sorted with some secondary glazing as the windows don’t open anyway.
