Stayed here for 7 ...

Stayed here for 7 nights in September 2026. Prestige room. Service was excellent, common areas are attractive, gym is poorly equipped. The disappointing experience was finding a ball of hair in the shower on arrival, the bathroom was extremely small, you can only stand with no room to move and almost no shelf space. Broken blinds, AC had to be repaired. For $500/night and 4 stars this was disappointing.
