Excelente lugar, la atención del personal muy buena!!!

I love this Hotel, across the street from the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. The best part is how close the Hotel is from Time Square. It was also affordable, with breakfast vouchers. Try it, you will love the old charm.

The Hotel Edison New York Times Square is absolutely beautiful and amazing—just like the staff! From the moment we made our reservation, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need. When I say they truly take care of their guests, I mean it! We did not want for anything. The Front Desk Manager was absolutely incredible, taking such great care of us over the phone and then continuing that same exceptional customer service when we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was, by far, one of the most seamless experiences we’ve ever had. Everyone was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Hands down, some of the BEST customer service we have experienced! ❤️ We will absolutely be back every time we visit NYC! The Hotel Edison has definitely earned our business for every future trip.
