We stayed at Hotel Edison in Times Square for three days and had a fantastic experience. When a small issue came up with our room, Charlie Kim, the Director of Rooms, handled it right away and made sure we were completely satisfied. The manager of rooms, the manager of housekeeping, and Mohamed were all so professional and kind. Everyone made us feel valued and at home. We really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning. The location could not be better, the hotel is close to all the top attractions, with Central Park and Broadway just a short walk away.

I stayed at hotel Edison September 27th for a few days with my family visiting from Italy. My experience at Hotel Edison for the second time was fantastic. Check in was smooth and hotel rooms were nice and clean. Location was also exactly where you wanna be! The main reason I am writing a review is because of Vito Strambi who works at the concierge desk. Vito was so friendly, informative, funny and just a great asset to this hotel over all. Vito went out of his way to make our experience that much better with information provided and getting us accommodation for a tour bus. We will be back because of him. Thank you!
