Fehat at Hotel Edison was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, kind, knowledgeable, and very professional from the moment we interacted with him. He made us feel welcome right away and genuinely enhanced our stay. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor and made us laugh, which made the experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed him and hope to see him again on our next visit to NYC! We had a wonderful time.

Cannot fault this beautiful, historic hotel. Superb location, great comfortable room, super service from staff. Only negatives would be that our heating didn't work for a couple of nights at one of the coldest times of the year! But it was sorted really quickly, once we reported it. Another thing to warn travellers about would be if you get a yellow taxi from outside the building, the doorman kindly carries your luggage to the next available cab in line, but does not check/ has no idea if the cab is legit/legal. Sadly, we went off in a cab that was not legal, and ended up paying way over the usual cost to get to the airport, whilst the driver was constantly on calls on his mobile, dangerously driving all over the place, at speed. Not the best end to an otherwise fantastic stay in NYC.
