The Hotel and Staff are excellent and the location just off Times Square is ideal. Unfortunately there is a lot of building work going on at the building next door, and they have a special permit to work all through the night and it has been very difficult to get a decent sleep. The windows aren't very soundproof. The site online shows the work permit is for 24/3-7/4 so covered our whole stay. The one bad point of our stay.

The location is the best part of this place. Very walkable to all broadway shows. I had a great made. Yes room was small but I didn’t mind that. The thing that made me give 3 stars was one day while staying there I had no water. In the morning before I left for the day I had no water. I let the front desk now and they said that the whole building had no water because they were doing work which I’m confused by because they had restaurants that were still operating. They said they would call me when the water was back on which they never did. I came back four hours later still no water however I did have water in my pipe so I thought it was good. Use the restroom and then nothing would flush. Finally after 8 hours of no water it came back on. I understand having to do work but their was no Communication about the shut off. And there is no here please use this restroom in this restaurant attached to the hotel or anything like that and there is no we’re so sorry for your trouble. Here is a room comped or for your next day. Something paid a lot of money to stay here and it’s just upsetting that they weren’t willing to go the extra mile probably will never stay here again
