My first experience with this hotel was when I walked into the ladies room downstairs and one of the two stalls was covered in feces. I told someone but they didn’t seem to care. One of the two keys they gave us did not work! They offer what they call breakfast vouchers but the choices offered are just “Meh”. The rooms need refrigerators. We were never able to get through to the front desk with the phone in our room. Every time you turned the lavatory faucet on in the bathroom you would get sprayed! For what we paid for this room I won’t go back and would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is perfectly located for shows and Times Square. The service is excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable, although the bathroom is small and dated. Overall, though, it’s a great choice.
