So convenient! Right in ...

So convenient! Right in the middle of it all. Minutes from everything. All interactions with every staff member was exceptional. Kind, informative and eager to help. We ate at the diner that’s attached and it was a great mid day snack. The room…..ugh…Needs updating. The wallpaper was peeling, the carpets are ancient and the bathroom was beat up. But who stays in their room in NYC!?!?! All in all a good stay. The staff made it worth it.

Necesitan más personas que hablen español, nosotros no estamos obligados a hablar inglés. Además esos cupones de desayuno son un fiasco, la verdad es que me sentí estafado
