Stayed here for 8 nights in July with my 9 year old daughter. This was our first foreign holiday together and neither of us had flown before so we were right out of our comfort zone. The journey from the UK was long but amazing and we arrived at the Edison Hotel exhausted and a little bewildered. This all changed when we checked in. We felt very welcome and the staff were super friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. We felt like royalty. Our room was lovely and everyday we returned to a tidied room and freshly made bed, the house keeping staff were so friendly. We chose to eat in for breakfast, the French toast is a must and again the staff treated us so well. I had booked this holiday almost a year ago and have since read that Times Square was noisy. We did not find that at all and slept in every day. Our room and the hotel was beautifully clean and well decorated, every floor has a slightly different look so explore! We were so sad to have to leave but if we ever get to return to NYC I won’t be staying anywhere but here again. Many happy memories. Thanks again to the staff for taking such good care of us.

Ivan, Noah, Betsy, and Mohamed were amazing, gave me a tour of the hotel and welcomed me with a complimentary glass of wine. Truly made me experience at Hotel Edison much more memorable.
