I have stayed here ...

I have stayed here off and on for years. One time I stayed a month. I used to love the cafe there. U always saw dancers and musicians from Broadway for lunch or soup. I work for a publishing house and the famous playwright August Wilson lived here. There have been changes but the worst is the little bar and restaurant at the entrance. What a disappointment but the worst thing they had a couple of empty tables but no bar seats. I even said we would be out in 20 minutes 4 drinks three snacks but Noooooooooooooo. I went over to a couple and bought them two drinks and gave them my work text to let me know if the seats get filled. They didn’t. I work for a huge communication company. Just like everything else in NYC. Another one bites the dust.

What a place to ...

What a place to stay, in the thick of it ideal for a visit to newyork good room, good staff, and great location. The only thing I would do is with the grab and go breakfast option come out of hotel turn left and in a minute at the end of the street is carve were you can exchange your voucher for an amazing assortment of breakfasts and drink much better than in the hotels basemen cafe.

Hotel Edison is a ...

Hotel Edison is a classic New York City experience right in the heart of Times Square. The Art Deco entrance alone makes you feel like you’re stepping into a piece of NYC history. The location is absolutely unbeatable — you walk outside and you’re immediately in the energy and excitement of Times Square. Location: Perfect for sightseeing. Broadway theaters, restaurants, and all the major attractions are just steps away. You really can’t ask for a more convenient spot if you want to explore Manhattan. Atmosphere: Busy, lively, and full of people coming and going — exactly what you’d expect from a hotel in this iconic area. The lobby and the entrance have that old-school New York charm that makes the hotel memorable. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen who were constantly assisting guests with luggage and directions despite the crowds. Even with so many people checking in and out, the team stayed patient and professional. Rooms: The rooms are comfortable and clean, though slightly smaller — very typical of New York hotels — but you really come here for the prime location rather than the space. Overall: Hotel Edison is a great choice if you want to be in the center of everything. Historic charm, friendly staff, and a location that puts the entire Times Square experience right at your doorstep. A fun and convenient stay in NYC.
