The reception couldn’t offer an empty glass of wine - only plastic cups… first time ever at an hotel 🤨

If you want somewhere ...

If you want somewhere central in Times Square then this is fine but the hotel rooms are very dated and dark and the door had chunks out of it! No kettle or drink making facilities, no fridge, shower over bath with curtain in a very small bathroom. Furniture is so old. Bed was comfy though. Stayed on 10th floor and still noisy. Aircon didn't work and no housekeeping turned up to change towels etc after the 1st of a 3 night stay. I wouldn't stay here again.
