I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Hotel Edison. The remodel is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious by NYC standards and they've managed to maintain the art-deco charm that the hotel was known for pre-reno. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You absolutely cannot beat the location- across from the famed Barrymore, steps to Times Square and walkable to all main transportation hubs. I enjoyed my breakfast at Friedman's- and want to try dinner there next time. The bar downstairs is also a great option for a night cap or sleepy time wine. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was such a great hotel! The location is PERFECT. Just 2 minutes from the Metro and in the middle of all the fun of NYC. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so nice. Stayed for two nights on a girls trip. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at Friedmans and it was VERY good. I would absolutely stay here again.

Her reassuring words about being available throughout our visit immediately put us at ease. However, it was Fehat Begolli in Guest Relations who truly made us feel like royalty during our stay. His hospitality knew no bounds as he presented us with breakfast vouchers for both Friedman’s Café and Bond 45 Restaurant and Bar, the two delightful eateries housed within the hotel premises. Our dining experiences were elevated by the attentive staff and bartenders, with a special shoutout to Pete at Bond 45 for his impeccable service and delectable drinks. Fehat went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, acquainting us with his colleagues, including Umberto, and ensuring we knew how to reach him for any queries or assistance. The genuine kindness extended by everyone we encountered, coupled with the personalized attention, made us feel truly valued guests throughout our stay. In conclusion, our weekend retreat at Hotel Edison surpassed all expectations, thanks to its charming ambiance, impeccable service, and the warmth exuded by its staff members like Christine and Fehat.
