New York has been my second home since my first visit for Mercedes fashion week. I find myself coming to the city about 10 times a year, staying in a variety of hotels - from luxury establishments to older buildings. However, The Edison hotel has become my home away from home. The level of service is truly exceptional. From the moment you step out of your car, a doorman is there to assist with your luggage, valet your vehicle, and personally escort you to the check-in counter. The check-in process is streamlined and efficient, making it easy for you to be on your way in mere minutes. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Latoya, who embodies the true spirit of customer service. Her warm and heartfelt smile made me feel welcome from the moment we met. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, greeting me daily with the same level of enthusiasm and care. I felt like a VIP, and this hotel has now become my second home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. The rooms are spacious, and the noise levels are well-managed, which is a refreshing change from some of the newer hotels I've stayed in. The hotel also boasts high security, requiring guests to show their access card to reach the elevators that lead to the rooms. The breakfast options in all three restaurants are delicious and plentiful. As soon as you step outside, you're greeted by shopping, restaurants, and the iconic Times Square steps are just around the corner. This hotel truly enhances the New York experience for you, your friends, and your entire family. The hotel also offers ample space to host events, fashion shows, weddings, meetings, and more. Plan your next stay here and experience the best in hospitality. As for me, I'll be returning to New York in March and can't wait to be back. A big thank you to the entire staff at The Edison hotel. Went for my child to walk the NYFW was great and friendly staff and service.

Es hotel es espectacular en todo, ubicación, lujo, el desayuno muy variado es por estaciones y si no te gusta algo lo podés reemplazar repitiendo de alguna estación, el único problema es que hablan en ingles y si no sabes tenés que señalar o pedir ayuda. Está a media cuadra de las escaleras te times square y muchas atracciones las haces desde ahí caminando por la cercanía. En la habitación te dejan café Starbucks y , 2 botellas de agua de cortesía que luego recargas porque en los pasillos hay máquina de hielo y agua para recagar.Volvería mil veces!!!
