Muy buena ubicación y todo muy limpio

The location is great. The rooms were clean. If you want a quiet room, this isn’t the place. I hardly slept. The air conditioner is VERY loud and kept me up. I then would try to sleep in, but the slamming of doors from maids and other guests, made it hard to relax. There is no light in the walk-in closet, so I had to use my cell phone to find clothes. I had zero view, just a brick wall at every window, which I understand they can’t help. The security guards were nice.

This is the only place my husband and I stay while in NYC. We have been staying there for over 10 years and have even taken our high school students twice (so far). The staff is amazing. They book us all together on the same floor/wing. Doorman Bobby greets everyone with such positive energy. Danny, Head of Security, goes above and beyond to make sure we are always safe and secure. Travis and Ida work to get us the best rates. The General Manager Scott makes a point to shake our hands before we leave and ensures his staff takes great care of us and they always do!
