Gym is ok-ish

This was my second stay at Hotel Edison, after an amazing experience back in September 2024, and I can confidently say this hotel continues to exceed all expectations! Although I have a place to stay in Queens, I choose to stay here whenever I want to enjoy the city; the service, comfort, & overall atmosphere make it absolutely worth it. From the moment I arrived, Jennifer at check-in went above & beyond to make me feel welcome. She was warm, professional, & made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. A special shout-out to Noel, the manager, who was simply amazing. Noel assisted with a request I needed and even checked in later to make sure everything was going smoothly. Their genuine care really sets this hotel apart. The gentleman (Humberto) who stored my luggage and helped bring it up (tall, black short hair with great energy. Humberto has a friendly attitude and it was the perfect start to my stay. On my way out Humberto and Victor both assisted me with storing my luggage again and then another gentleman staff made sure I got a cab and helped me take all my bags. My room was spotless. In room Starbucks coffee and water bottles are available. The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel is quiet, especially for being in the heart of Times Square. I always sleep soundly. The free breakfast is absolutely outstanding, with plenty of choices and great quality. My personal favorite is BOND 45 NY Grab & Go option. I also love that they offer free wine on certain days and discounts throughout the city! It’s these little extra touches that made my stay so special and have made me a repeat client. The location is amazing! Everything is at your fingertips. It’s a 20-30 min walk to pretty much anything. All the subway lines are close by. And also late night eats are a 1 minute walk away. Hotel Edison is my go-to home away from home in NYC. Thank you to Jennifer, Noel, and the entire team for another flawless experience. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!
