Wonderful staff! Managed great. Very single interaction was pleasant. I came super early and wanted to take advantage of the luggage storage (1 buck each item! Such a great deal) went walking around only to have a call within 1 hour that they managed to find me a room! WOW! Room was beautiful, clean, and fresh. NYC has typically small rooms but this was spacious. The towels are soft. My bed was so comfortable- I slept so so good each night. My room was quiet. This is a concern for anyone staying in time square but I had zero issue. The hotel offers multiple free breakfast options - grab and go or sit down. I did grab and go and it was DELICIOUS! There are SO MANY additional discounts for hotel guest (ex: 50 bucks off Hard rock restaurant when u spend a certain amount.). Free walking tours. Free wine Tuesdays during happy hour. hotel staff is super helpful with grabbing u taxis. Elevators are plenty so no long waits to get to ur room. Location is amazing - close to all broadway shows, many restaurants… and everything felt like a 20-30 min walk away. Thank you Noel, Jennifer, Humberto, Victor and all staff I interacted with. A great place to stay if you want a nice bed /shower & be in the center of theater district & Time Square. I previously stayed near Central Park. The vibe here is very different. I was very surprised how busy & “Vegas” like the area was. It’s changed a lot. So many people. All & all nice staff. Old but clean. Felt safe walking near hotel late at night. Loved the remodeled bathroom. Very nice shower. No tub in our room. Wish the room lightening was different in room. The hotel kept our luggage all day for a cheap price since we couldn’t check in till 3 pm. We stayed out till 11 pm. Our flight left early so we couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast. I booked this hotel an hour before walking in the door. It was booked through a popular Hotel app. I asked for accommodations for 2 adults & 2 kids. The manager surprised us with an upgrade & the room was a suite with 3 large beds on 12th floor. All & all I gambled on this deal & I won big! I can imagine NYE here would be amazing & crazy. :)
